RecommendedProfessional, helpful, and listened to my concerns. Came to a quick solution met my expectations and needs.
We visited Dr. Gurrera to address my 6 year old son’s flat feet problem. Dr. Gurrera was fantastic, she was super friendly, personable , she explained the diagnosis and the treatment to us, and made sure that all of our questions were addressed. I also found the office staff to be very helpful as well when it came to insurance benefits verification. They provided me with all the medical codes so I could call my insurance and verify the insurance coverage before I committed to the treatment and payment method. I’m looking for... read more
Dr. Charnota has a wonderful bedside manner and explained the surgical procedures he was going to use for my daughter's foot correction surgery in great detail. He left lots of time for questions. He and his very responsive office were great! We will definitely be back!
I was told I needed to be seen again before a referral out to pain management yet there truly was no exam. Charnota just talked and touched my foot a few times. Also, I had previously paid for for X-rays and orthotics but office refuses to send copies to pain clinic unless I pay them ( for copies) to do this. I think i already did that Dr Charnota. It’s called insurance. I was also denied personal copies of my X rays. Jenny says they they print out bad (who prints out X-rays?) she also refused to email them. Wants to charge ... read more

Awesome experience! Dr Gurrera was great!
Cut a giant hole in in my foot but didn't get all of the wart. Not covered by insurance. I should have checked but the office could have told me. Expensive and inadequate.
