Hi be aware this place has security cameras all over I understand the owner has passed but it rents offices out for medical evaluations be aware they gotta ask your permission to record during the evaluation your allowed to record your self an also if the room has a security camera the doctor has to let you know the evaluation has a security monitoring the room in advance security cameras allowed in waiting areas an places were privacy is not expected just be aware especially in a evaluation like QME’s

Dr. David knows his profecian very well. I've been going to different Chiropractors for the pass 5 years and none of those chiropractors seen to do there jobs. But I found Dr. David and he fix my back problem in two visits!!! Amazing!!! I have so much faith in him that I recommend him to everyone that's having pains! I promise you be will fix in a snap of fingers with none of the extra b.s. that other doctors seem to give you!
