They Were Very Rude Except For The Lady At The Counter... Very Poor Service... Charged Me $80 To Get Towed 4 Miles... What A Rip Off... On Top Of All That, They Had Me Wait An Hour In 90°+ Weather While They Were Bullshitting Inside, Which Made Me Late For Work... Overall I Would Never Tell Anyone To Ever Use Them...
Got our car towed there and tried to call to see if they could tow it back to our house. My husband called while I was at work. They told me they wouldn't tow it unless I showed up there. When my husband explained to them that we have a three year old and didn't have any way to get there they told us to "CALL AN UBER". I don't know who you have dealing with customer service but being in the customer service business a sarcastic remark like that would of got me fired. You should really rethink your help before they cause more... read more
Called AAA after I popped a tire and a young man from Dave's was sent to my rescue. Very personable, was quick to put in the donut, recommended a place for a new tire, and answered all of my questions! Excellent service!!

Have been waiting 3.5 hours for what was told to be an hour wait.. It took 3.5 hours to finally attend to my car, I still have to wait for them to get to the destination... Just Ridiculous.
