Haley is an employee any company would be lucky to have! I needed a new strap for my filter and she said they have one so I brought mine in and we compared and concluded it matched. When I got home I could not connect the bolt on the end to the thread. I called the next morning and spoke with Haley and asked if they still had the old bolt from my old strap to compare the length of the bolt. She had to go dumpster diving to retrieve it ! We have been 13-year customers, always loyal to locally-owned business. Today I attempted to exchange or receive store credit for a $15.95 vacuum head. After using the vacuum for 15 minutes we found that the product simply did not work.
