I just love my Carrier heat pump and Dave’s Heat and Air is just the best in their servicing. Their help really know exactly what to do and are so personable. I recommend them over any other company !!!
$99.95 is rather high for a service call when the guy didn’t really do anything but a diagnosis and was here less than 5 minutes. I don’t mind paying a service call if I feel they actually did something besides just look at the a/c and have to return because they don’t even have what’s needed to fix the problem and then state that they may take days to hunt the part down. I also realize this is what all service fees are this day and time regardless if I like it and regardless ya are going to charge it. So really this review ... read more
Dave's Heat and Air always provides great service. Cameron was great. Highly recommend.
Good: The service tech was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. Repair was successful and completed quickly. Not so good: Even though parts were covered under warranty, labor charges were approximately $600.00 dollars per hour!?!
