Dave's Heat and Air always provides great service. Cameron was great. Highly recommend.
Good: The service tech was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. Repair was successful and completed quickly. Not so good: Even though parts were covered under warranty, labor charges were approximately $600.00 dollars per hour!?!
Ac went out on a Wednesday evening, had to take my wife to the airport early Thursday morning (left house @ 2:00 am., called them on the way home (4:00AM), they were at my gate 7:00 am, found the problem, ordered the part went and picked it up back at the house at 2:30 pm, an hour and half later completed repair work, not sure what to say but damn their good
Tyler and Steve were awesome. Glad we were referred to Dave’s by Mike Durham. We bought our HVAC unit from Dave’s. Always very helpful. Thank you
