When I pulled out of the driveway onto Hull Street Road, I could not see out of the back window, it was so smeary. The sides of the windshield did not look like it had ever been touched, only clean place on the windshield was where the wipers had cleaned. I go to get my car washed just to get it vacuumed and windows washed, its so hard to clean the windows. the carpet still had our dogs hair in it. If I didn't have a pre-paid card, I wouldn't go back. Stole my fiancée's car. They closed early and did tell us. We showed up at 4:30 today and couldn't get her car.
Today was my last visit. I paid $25 to ensure that I had a Detailed interior vacuum. This is the second time that I have paid for this service and I've had to open the trunk of my car to find nothing done and debris under all of the mats. Both times I had to stand there while the boys vacuumed my car properly. I still have mud and dirt throughout that should've easily been wiped off. Very disappointed and won't be back.
Jeff, My names is Diane Snider I have been coming to Dave's Auto since you opened on Hull St. Rd. I was there Feb. 3rd of this year and 2 of the wheel center caps were knock off. When I returned the next day they had found 1 and told me that the other was lost in the washing system. I was given a damage form signed by the assistant manager. I think Dave's Auto Spa is one of the worst businesses I have dealt with, ever. In particular, the "manager", Jeff Meade is quite possibly one of the most inept and clueless businesspeople around. He has absolutely not a clue how to handle customers or run a business and I'm shocked that Dave's would put him in charge. His underlings, Jamie and Beck, are similarly inept, partly due to Jeff's desire to retain all decision making with himself, instead of delegating to his onsit...Continue Reading
I have not been able to get a call back after leaving messages. I wanted to get prices and info on detailing. This, combined with these reviews makes me reluctant to go there.
