Had my vehicle here to get it washed. During the wash, the machine broke my mirror. Filed a claim, week and a half later I get a call saying they will not fix it because my car is older then 10 years old. Trying to talk the the "manager" was like talking to wall. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! Chesterfield deserves better.
I’ve been pleased with Dave’s. They are friendly and do a great job! We have the monthly packages and go regularly.
I was very satisfied with the carpet shampoo I received there today! Andrew did a fantastic job! I had just asked for the front passenger floor to be shampooed as there was a big spill there. He went above and beyond what I asked and did the whole front of the car for me. He was very considerate and I highly recommend
One of my mirrors was broken by a blower on my 2014 Rav4. I went to the dealer and got an estimate to replace it the same day and provided them the estimate. I was told it would be taken care of. Three weeks later and two.messages left asking for a call back and nothing. This repair costs $400! My next step is to find out the owner and start bugging him because the "manager" here had no clue the day this all happened. Terrible place to get your car washed. They broke a piece off my pilot and every other time I have been you have get them to do something bc they don't do it. Someone needs to shut that place down
It's pretty bad when the employees tell you the vacuums aren't worth 5 cents! Very dissatisfied. When I spoke to the manager and expressed me concern, he showed NO remorse. Horrible business ethics.
This is my first time ever sharing a review of this nature before I make every attempt to speak to a manager to see how they would resolve it but I was beyond up set by the time I got to my vehicle with the quality of the windshield was nasty the dash was nasty the back windows still had my dog slobber all over them there was no attempt to clean the back rear bumper.
