Overpriced – While the service was good, the price for the parts were marked up 200 percent and the service fee to install it was over $100 for 45 minutes work. Never will call them again.
Best service I ever had!!!!!!! – I have 5 kids and my washer broke :( For all you moms out there you know that means piles of laundry!!! I called "Sears" and they told me 2 weeks!!! I called Dave's and Dave was here in 2 hours!!! Clean cut totaly professional!! I will never call anyone else ever again!!
Great service – I called Daves to come out and fix my dryer. I called after hours and left a message with a answering service, I received a call back in fifteen minutes!! I was put on the schedual for the next day! The tech called at 8am to say that he was on his way(my timeframe was 7-9am) The tech quickly found the problem with the dryer and showed me the part that had burnt out and explained to me why it had done so! He was able to fix the dryer on the spot! He put the dryer back together and now it works like new!! Great... read more
I won't call Dave's again! – He might be able to fix anything, but the customer service sucks! My microwave door latch broke, and the microwave was about 4 years old. So I took it to Dave's to see if it was worth fixing or buying a new one. They charged me $30 to look at it. They call me back and tell me that it will be an extra $40 and a week. The Best Appliance Repair in Town – So today my refridgerator decided it felt like taking a break on me. My Frigidare Refridgerator stop getting cold, so ALL the food in my Refridgerator was going bad. I called three companies to find out witch one could come out first. Not only did Daves Appliance have the first available time to come out they had the cheapest rate to come out and diagnose the problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NUTS. – Call anyone BUT Dave's Appliance. They show up if & when they feel like it, they don't stand behind their work, if they fix something & it breaks a few months later, they will not honor their warranty. They are rude, arrogant, and downright psycopathic. They have no concept of what customer service is, and don't care to correct that. DAVE'S IS THE BEST – I CALLED DAVE'S APPLIANCE ON A FRIDAY NIGHT BECAUSE MY REFRIGERATOR WAS DOWN. THE GIRL IN THE OFFICE WERE SO HELPFULL IN SETTING UP MY APPOINTMENT! DAVE HIMSELF ARRIVED WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME STATED!!! DAVE HAD THE PARTS ON HIS TRUCK AND WAS ABLE TO REPAIR MY REFRIGERATOR ON THE SPOT!! I LOVE DAVE'S APPLIANCE – WOW! WOW! WHAT A GREAT COMPANY. I CALLED DAVE'S ON A SUNDAY AFTER NOON LEFT A MESSAGE AND DAVE HIMSELF CALLED ME BACK! I TOLD HIM MY FRIGE WAS LEAKING WATER ALL OVER MY NEW WOODEN FLOORS...HE CAME TO MY HOUSE IN LESS TWENTY MINUTES. DAVE FIXED MY FRIGE IN ABOUT AN HOUR AND MY NEW FLOORS WERE SAVED!! A very bad experience for me! – I am very sorry I ever contacted this contractor. I perceive him to be dishonest, unethical, incompetent, and rude in his dealings with me. I had to hire a different repair person to get the work done properly. Through this process, I formulated my opinion of Dave's unprofessional behavior twords me. It is the rare individual like him which makes me jaded instead of trusting. I recommend you call someone else!!
