A+++ My washer overflowed this morning and I called Dave's Julie in the office got me on the schedule for that day. The tech came out to my home and fixed the washer! They cleaned up great, you would never even knew I had a problem! Great customer service. I hope I dont need my applicances serviced again but if I do I know who I need to call!

Great service! Called because my freezer stopped working with a large amount of pumped milk inside. Julie got me on the schedule right away. The tech Ed was at my home within the hour. Got my freezer up and working again and saving my milk! Very friendly and professional!!!Thanks again!

Was a little nervous calling based on the negative review, but I am glad I did. My washer stopped working mid cycle and the lid got stuck down in the locked position. I called Daves Appliance on a friday afternoon and Julie was able to get me on the schedule for the next day. Dave came to my house and fixed the problem, he even let me use a coupon he had in his truck. Very pleased!

Great prompt service. The technician arrived at my home and repaired my stove. He had all the parts on his truck so I didn't have to wait for the parts to come I'm. The office called me to let me know that the technician was on his way. I would use Dave's Appliance again.

This story is a cautionary tale for those of you who use or might consider using Dave’s Appliance Repair. I am not suggesting that you don’t use them,just read the following and make an informed decision. You can only learn the true character of a company by how they handle things when they go terribly bad, not when they go well. I can't say enough good things about Daves! They are professional from beginning to end. I called them emergently as my fridge wouldn't get cold. They got me scheduled for the next day. The tech figured out the problem very quickly and got it repaired. He even used a coupon the tech had in his truck. I would definitely use Daves again.

DO NOT USE DAVE'S APPLIANCE REPAIR! I recently purchased a new gas dryer. As I have propane, I need to have the dryer converted from natural gas to lp. I called 2 companies ( Tim's and Dave's) to check pricing. An agent from Dave's told me it was $98 if the tech came out but the fee would be waived if they did the repair. I would then be charged parts and labor. I explained multiple times it was not repair, it was a dryer conversion for a Samsung dryer. Consumer beware! You will pay hundreds of dollars for a replacement part that can be purchased online for SIGNIFICANTLY less. Strongly suggest you steer clear and check the competition for a respectable price for the job. Call with a complaint and you are treated with disrespect and a highly unprofessional attitude. Surely NOT how one of their customers should be treated. Pure thievery!! Beware!!

I will not use Dav's again nor will I reccommend them to anyone. I had to have a igniter on my gas stove replaced. They told me that I would have to replace all four because you could not just get one. My neighbor just had the same problem and her repair company charged her 1/3 of what I paid. I called GE to find out if I would have to replace all four igniters and they told me no and quoted a price of $23.00 for one. It took less than 15 minutes for Dave's to fix my stove.
