My furnace went down late on Christmas Eve. I spent Christmas Day with no heat. I called Dave's Appliance, also known as Action Heating and Air. I explained that my brother had passed away, that I wouldn't be able to make any payments for a few months and that I am on a fixed income. They sent a very nice ma out to check our the furnace. Since it's a new electronic type of furnace, there's no pilot light. This gentleman replaced the part that had burned out at no cost at all. You have no idea how much this is appreciated! My ac ran and ran never shutting off for 20 years. some guy with a big blonde mustache from Action Heating and Air up sized my total system, it runs for 15 min a day and shuts off now big difference. we are very pleased with are new system.
