Ken was awesome and did a good job
We were very impressed with Action Heating and Air in Boise and Nampa. The service repair man was very knowledgeable and walked me through all of the issues we were having. He was very fair and trustworthy. Also the office staff were very pleasant and efficient.

I had Action heating come out late on a Friday night to check out my AC. It was late, and hot. The technician showed up and was super friendly and even though it was dark proceeded to look at my outside unit. It only took him a couple of seconds to determine that my dogs had chewed through a wire and that is what was causing the problem! Took another 10 minutes to fix and get my house cooled off!
