An absolute no. Please believe the negative reviews. Decided to go here because of proximity and services offered. I wish I looked elsewhere and didn't settle for this office. They lack so severely in basic decorum and they are pushy when it comes to essentially upselling you on things you really don't need. Also, THEY ARE FAR MORE EXPENSIVE than their competitors. I went in to the office for a crown replacement. After having 3 X-rays of the tooth involved, they lady came in to let me know the price and how did I want to pay for it. After I told the dentist I wanted to replace the crown, she started the prep work. She swabbed my cheek and gum with a deadening agent. About 7 minutes later, the tech swabbed my mouth with the same swab. I lost it. The swab had been sitting on a tray, in the open while the dentist and tech walked in and out. I am bothered the Dr. ordered a full set of x-rays without seeing me first nor asking my permission first. I am bothered that they feel they can tell me what they will do without a real conversation what temporary measures can be done. I am super bothered by the eye rolling the Dr. gave to the dental asst. at my response that a tooth needs to be pulled. They want $7K to pull a tooth, 7 months for healing before new can be applied. How you handle mistakes says a lot about a business. My experience with their office fixing a bad crown they put in has been terrible. I came in for a front crown and other work last January. I was referred to this business for David or Lori but was given to Dr Shria who had just started here. All smiles and a good first experience. This summer my front crown cracked when biting into an apple. I was surprised by simply biting an apple my crown would break when supposed to be permanent. Competent staff. On top of their game with articulate attention to detail. Comprehensive care. Dr Babineau and staff are amazing.
I liked the dr a lot. I’m not an easy patient. Dr. Dhaon was very thorough in her diagnosis and thoughtful about treatment options.
