We went in a few months ago and was unable to find what we wanted. Alex Rivera stayed in contact with us and helped us find what we really wanted. My wife and I brought a Chevy Traverse 2 days ago and we love it thanks Alex and the people of Davenport Used Car Superstore.
I have to say the experience the day I bought my car was definitely a 5 star rating because they were helpful and worked with me 100% but what changed it is I was told a couple of things and made a couple of promises and they have yet to act on them. I called regarding the issue not once not twice but 3 times and was promised either a solution or at least a call back for an update but yet again nothing.
