Trevor was less than pleasant when we didn’t want to go with them for financing because we were already pre-approved. After the purchase we called again about the second key and were told that it didn’t come with one and to call Batteries Plus. We just purchased a car from them without them budging a dime on the price, I thought the least they could do was give my 18 yr old son another key even if they had to flip the bill for it.... NOT IMPRESSED!!!
