Horribly unprofessional. I inquired about Vans in my specific budget and they told me they had some available and then ignored my messages and then when I confronted them about ignoring my messages they told me that they did have a car for me and when I asked if it was in my budget like I asked they ignored me again.

I highly not recommend people to buy or take your vehicles to Mcgrath on Brady for a week now they told me last Wednesday that my car will be done Thursday at 10am they had to fix a sway bar for the second time this year and after I told them months ago that my exhaust manifold has a hole in it than they go to tell me my Cadillac converter has a hole in it too which my warranty won’t cover will cost us $1000 told them not to fix that...well went up there on Friday before Doc apt for them to tell me that my car isn’t read... read more
