I had made a Appointment for this past Friday for a oil change and to put a leveling kit on it and to fix a door lock. had to get someone to go out there way to take it for me due to my work schedule. only for my truck to sit there all day which around lunch time they was supposed to start on the truck so they ended up connecting me right be for I got off work. long story short they had my truck all day long and the only thing they did was change my oil

Just wanted to give a shout out to the service dept especially Craig.... I was on my way to Sam's club and stopped to get gas & noticed something hanging down from my CRV. Apparently at some point in my travels I struck a bird that became lodged under the motor & caused the front engine splash shield to break loose. I went straight to Davenport without an appt for help. Craig took care of everything in a very timely, professional, friendly manner at no charge. Great service from great folks.
