RecommendedI have been wearing the Livio Al2000 since May 2020. With the Thrive App on my phone I can see how many steps I take daily, how much exercise I get and how much I stand. They are such a help for my hearing loss. Dr. Hartman is very professional in administering the hearing screening and discussing the hearing aids which he feels would work. Very thorough, very professional. I would recommend you see Dr. Hartman if you have a hearing loss.
A great office filled with a very caring staff!
I was mostly impressed by the staff, their professionalism, and their desire to go the distance to provide outstanding customer service. As for Mr. Mike, his level of professionalism was second to none as he is very knowledgeable as to all aspects of fitting one for hearing aids, and absolutely up to date and knowledgeable about the technology and insurance available today.
