Great Folks, here it can be challenging when the carpet tech’s are on the property very loud cleaning APU, but our Maintenance Staff are Amazing!!! Great Job Guys From building 63
Hands down least desirable place I've ever lived they have a roach problem so bad you'd think they're doing it on purpose with complacent maintenance not only that they stuck me with a bill for over 1000 dollars for damages I did not create the tub peeling from they're poor paint job and the roof leaked in my shower from the apartment above they were "working" on for half my lease

Huge red flag .. came to tour 2 bedroom apartments.. I even put that on the tour request. When we showed up she didn’t have a book of floorplans we had to ask for it. Then was told we aren’t allowed to tour unless we applied for the apartment we were seeking to tour
