The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I started my policy back in February 2024. The four times my policy renewed, my premiums went up. Now, I’m not ashamed of my age, I’m 55, clean record. My husband is 53, CDL, long haul truck driver, clean record. I have filed a complaint with BOLI they are backlogged due to wrongful COVID firings. Devon Church the manager here is newly licensed and makes insurance mistakes which I tried to correct. She is wildly temperamental screams and yells and slams doors and acts like a 300 lb 2-year-old. At one point she hit me in the shoulder knocking me into the wall. She is the most abusive person I've ever worked with. Thankfully Governor Kotex has sent two letters to BOLI in my behalf. Mary Pinkerton Alpine Oregon
