I have filed a complaint with BOLI they are backlogged due to wrongful COVID firings. Devon Church the manager here is newly licensed and makes insurance mistakes which I tried to correct. She is wildly temperamental screams and yells and slams doors and acts like a 300 lb 2-year-old. At one point she hit me in the shoulder knocking me into the wall. She is the most abusive person I've ever worked with. Thankfully Governor Kotex has sent two letters to BOLI in my behalf. Mary Pinkerton Alpine Oregon

Great office, great staff. I was looking for a better rate on a multi-vehicle policy. I spoke with a lady in the front office who went above and beyond to fit the policy within my budget. Most everything was handled over the phone. I stopped by the office to sign the paperwork. I was met with a smile by Devon and offered a cup of coffee as I walked in. Felt like I was doing business with friends and not a corporate company. Great staff, welcoming environment and good core values.
We recently had our insurance premiums go up with a different company, and after many years with them (they were wonderful) decided to shop around. I called and easily got appointment with State Farm and met with Devon Church to get quotes on all of our needs. She was so helpful, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and gave me such good quotes for everything! We now have all of our policies with them and are so happy! Saved a ton of $$!
The office lady displayed attitude after multiple conversations between my husband and I, during which they seemed indifferent to assisting us in communicating with corporate regarding our roof, which had moss on it, according to the pictures they took. However, after my husband, a local construction business owner, inspected the roof, he determined that removal of the moss would compromise the roof's integrity but proceeded to put moss killer on it .
