We bought 2 cars from here. The Dodge Stratus lasted us around 3 or 4 years, but early on found out it was a ticking time bomb. A mechanic (a friend of my wife's) told us to drive it for another 40 - 50k miles, then get rid of it, which we did. That left a bad taste, but nothing compared to the service experience. The Subaru Forrester we bought has been in and out for repair (to the point where we finally replaced it with a Toyota Prius). Bought my first car here, biggest headache ever. My sales guy was great, but when I headed in for financing, things went south. I told the finance guy, Marc, that I only wanted what was left on the original car's warranty (three months left). A few weeks later I got a letter in the mail from Subaru saying "Thanks for purchasing your extended warranty."
