Meeting Dave for the first time I was impressed with his knowledge of the real estate market and selling process. In our first meeting I voiced concern that there may be difficulty selling my unique situation of two separate houses on one parcel of property but Dave was confident it would sell with the right marketing. He was right! Three weeks after the property was listed I got an offer for full price. Six weeks after that I closed on the property and couldn't be happier. Dave delivered what he promised!
