Simmon helped me through the whole process, he was avaliable to answer my question 7 days a week and as a first time home buyer I had alot of question. He never tried to pressure me into buying a more expensive house just to get a higher commission. I was approved for 300k and purchased a condo for 180k, Simmon never tried to push me to spend more than I was comfortable. And most of all I truested him.
Dave Jones Realty came through in a such a stressful situation, we were buying and selling on the same day and misjudged how much stuff we have and ran out of space on the moving truck! 😳 Dave Jones Realty had the moving truck at the ready and we were able to complete our move! 💜
I had a terrible experience with Marina, the real estate agent. She sold a house without properly informing me of the circumstances, which led to unexpected and significant additional costs on my end. I feel she was not transparent about the property's condition, especially regarding the inspection. Since she works closely with the inspector, she downplayed the issues with the plumbing and electrical panel, which turned out to be quite problematic.
