My vehicle check engine light came on after a few months they sold me a 2015 Range Rover sport with 3000000 miles on it when I purchased the vehicle it said it read 46000 miles. It currently reads 70000 on it now when I got it checked now its all these codes popping up. worst service ever!!!!! I had my vehicle taken to Hallmans when it broke down. I was a mechanic for many years at a garage. I didnt have time to fix it myself. I was pretty sure it was the timing chain and told them so.I also mentioned an extended warranty gm had put on the engine balance chain and fuel pump. first they call and tell me they have to remove the starter to find out why I didnt have oil pressure. i know better. i asked the service manager why. I've called Hallman 3 times and every single time I get transferred to service I get the most unprofessional, rudest, ignorant person I've ever came across, they will never help you on the phone just talk to you like you are retarded. I took my corvette there for a check engine light and they told me they need the car for 6-8 days @100.00 an hour to figure out what's causing the check engine light to go on, I said no way who would ever do that hahah makes no sense at all. My service person (Frank) has been taking care of my vehicle since i purchase it great customer service a little pricey but great service !!!!!!!!!
I do not recommend doing any sort of business with these people. I got an oil change and tire rotation and they charged $60 for my first complaint. My second complaint is that after my tire rotation I was driving home on the highway and my wheels started making a weird noise when my car is a 2012 chevy cruze that i had purchased from them brand new, I got it home and had to take it to a different shop. Come to find out I had a loose lug nut rattling around and it was just stuck in my hub cap causing my tire to be off balance... read more
My son bought a used car here and has been bringing it back since the day he bought it because a body shop and a mechanic looked at it and it is an unsafe car that won't pass inspection. Had to hire an attorney because they keep putting us off and not fixing the problems even though he has 2 warranties to cover it. I do not recommend buying any car from Dave Hallman.
