Dave and his team treat you like a family. I was so happy to have him on my side. They went above and beyond from our first meeting, through the renovations, and all the way to the closing. So many obstacles came up. Dave was cool, calm, and always there. I was amazed that he always was on point, overcame so many obstacles, and helped me not stress.
