My birthday, and our first visit ever. 45 min wait but no big deal cuz of the games. First game we tried didn't spit out the right amount of tokens, twice. Apparently, the last person to service it put it back together wrong so we'd only get 2 out of 10 tokens. While they were fixing that I played the machine next to it and it wasn't counting my tickets right. It's supposed to tally up ur tickets til ur done and then u put ur card back in to claim them. We had the most horrible experience about a month or so ago but we returned for our daughter's 6th birthday. our waitress Alex made it super special and changed my life forever, with a X-rated mojito. we will definitely be back!!! On her shift.
Usually I'd give a 5 but last night, service was terrible I sat at the bar and the lady with the stitch tattoos in back of her legs started out good, then we waited and waited then I told her I was ready she said "give me a minute" with hella attitude, she didn't even take my order a young girl with ted hair did and was rude as HELL!!!!
