My first time here and I loved it! Dj was awesome!! Just need more bartenders
Ask for a pasta dish and told them no lobster sauce and med Rare steak and we got lobster sauce and well done steak asked for to be fixed and got a snide comment from the waitress and when they brought the dish back they had messed up again. I think if you ask for something it should be made right especially if your paying 30dollars for a damm meal games were Kool but the food sucks and the wait staff needs and reminder how there bills get paid by the customer not the restaurant
The service is very poor they never come back around to see if you need anything and we were sitting at the bar. Never asked if we even wanted a second drink with our lunch,
Games were excellent. Food was par, at best. Next time we will play games, but will eat somewhere else.
I grew up in the midwest which has Dave & Busters and gameworks so i was really excited to hear DB was located near by. I have gone twice already and both times its been horrible with customer service. Most of staff hates their job. Their staff rather socialize between each other then to assist you and when they do it's seems as if you're bothering them. 805 beer was really and the grilled smoked chicken wings so delicious along with great service.
LOVED the food, waiter but the hostess need better customer service
