Dave and Buster's with family and friends is always good. We we could gotten better service on my husbands birthday and UFC NIght, but we had a good time.
They were very rude and there bathroom was gross and they didn’t even care that it was gross and there food was cold and they missed up the order up too I will not be coming back here again thanks again everyone

I took my niece and nephew it was there first time going to a Dave and Busters they had so much fun they asked if we could go again today, we live in Elk Grove we need one in this area
I've been to a Dave & Buster before. We went in a group to celebrate my birthday from out of town. It was busy and we under stood. Told us it would be no longer than an hour and a half wait. Waited over two hours for a table, finally got say. Gave the server our drink order 10 minutes went by, 15 minutes went by still no drinks. We got up and left. I will not be back at that location
Horrible Service.Waitresses were rude had to ask for refills after 45 min for myself and kids literally had to get up and walk to were you check in to ask for the server for refills.On the up side food was good but horrible service staff looked like they didnt want to be there nor attend the tables.
The wait was a little long, but it was also a Saturday AND the UFC fight was going on. So it was to be expected. Our server Sabrina was an absolute joy. I’m so glad that even through all the hectic going on around her, she made the dinner we had enjoyable. If anyone wants AMAZING customer service I recommend getting Sabrina as your waitress. � 100% will go back because of her. You will not be disappointed!
The entertainment was great my grandkids had a great time . And was a good experience The only drawback was the dining experience absolutely horrible waited much too long to get our food and drink , The sad thing is that when we were there the restaurant was almost empty .... very frustrating .... do not think I will be returning anytime soon . Will seek other venues used to spend my entertainment dollar .......😒
