My food never came out. Kitchen messed up. Nice server and she did great. Manager had to come and he did make everything good by loading up the play cards for the games. But I left hungry....
It’s was good but to much garlic on my meal, I couldn’t eat it. Lost my appetite.
I think the idea of having all the fun things to do for kids while going out for dinner is great, However I found that the service is lacking. We went in at 430 on a Saturday expecting to wait for a little before being seated, but ended up waiting 30 minutes. Which typically I wouldn’t mention however there were about eight tables sitting there empty that hadn’t been cleaned up for the entire 30 minutes that we were waiting. The host was Amazing, the waiter was Amazing the food was subpar everyone’s ribs were burned and the steak on my pasta was well rather than medium and the fries were cold. Kids had amazing time playing. If you are there for the entertainment it’s your spot, eat before you come.
A broken beer glass was just sitting on a kids game! They need to be clearing glasses from alcoholic beverages brought in..games were fun
Been here 2 times now this year and it was awesome and the service was perfect and the food was made quick and tasted amazing. We will be back.
