Corporate denying our United States Military Veterans a meal and made them leave because there jackets had their USA MILITARY PATCHES on them. Dave & Buster's corporate insisted they are a military gang. They have a No Gang Policy. . WHAT! OUR VETERANS ARE A MILITARY GANG?
Anti American attitude - will never go back! Back track that!
First time coming here. Always had the impression it was like Chuckie Cheese but for adults only however the place was loaded with kids. Our waitress left a lot to be desired but thankfully the food was really good and we did win enough coupons for some cool stuff.
When I called them to see if I can call ahead, I couldn't do that. I had a party of 10; when asked if we can use the banquet room they told me "We have many call out, so there is no one serve in there." Not even 15 minutes late they sat a party of 11 in that room. After a hour and a half we finally got seated. We order apps and our food was cold. When sent back and brought back to us the plate itself was fire hot, but the food on the plate was cold. My kids & I love D&B, always have a ton of fun playing games! Only bad thing about this location is there never seems to be enough parking.
I truly enjoyed being there its Great for the Family and for A Date Nite
They deny my brothers, they deny America! How dare they! They issued a press release, apologizing, but taught their managers nothing...they seem like HYPOCRITES!
The gaming experience was OK (like Chuck E Cheese for adults) The food was delicious. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The representative at guess services was also very helpful. I will return. Thanks!
Time of service sucked. I questioned how many employees were actually imvolved. Seemed like only two. A manager and one employee to work bar and kitchen.
