Went feb 1 for my sons 6th birthday and everything was perfect! We got a birthday package. We arrived early to set up and they allowed us to before our time & they even gave us a room since no parties were booked for that day. Games were also half price being it was Wednesday so the kids got more out of their cards 😀😀 happy hr started at 4:30 so even drinks were great. Our server Michael Angelo was great as well. Service was horrible and food was blah and cold. Bar drinks got to us after sitting to deliver and was separating.
The games and drinks were awesome but our food experience was pathetic!!!! The server put a dirty tray on our table then... Forgot a order of fries and side of ranch when she brought the ranch some had spilled on her hand that she licked off then went to another table...we bought the souvenir bottles and the coke machine had only diet drinks available... So many people were there, but we were still served with such efficiency. The games are a big plus as well! I will always recommend Dave & Buster's to anyone!!
RecommendedFirst time there. Line for game tickets was extremely long but the atmosphere was good and the choice of games awesome.
It was a fun time! We didnt have to wait to long to ger seated for dinner. Dinner was great!! I had a blast playing the games!
