I downloaded their app to get $20 in Free credits when I buy a $20 game card. BUT the app was not working And the customer service rep said I had to just keep trying and after several attempts I gave up and my friend was able to get the offer for me. However D&B charged me for every attempt that was made. Even though in the end I didn't even purchase a card. I tried calling and cant get through and no one has returned my call
Awesome place for the entire family. Service was excellent and so was the food.
Good food, good fun and great experiences. Family time for sure.
Terrible service....maybe the worst I've ever had.
I didn't like the atmosphere!! Children running all over the place!!! Just not the right place to entertain children and adults!!! Not FAMILY FRIENDLY!! The food was ok!! Our server was great!!!
Bang bang chicken was delicious! Burger was average, tater tots over cooked. Served fairly quickly. Would go again. Games looked fun.
The place is great except don't sit at the tables as you walk in just before the bar. The server staff in that section will not get your order right and are a little rude. Food was lukewarm at best and they don't care because they still get an 18% tip added to the bill, should of been 10% at best.
Food was great.... more than enough for just one person! Lots of fun... we have a 3 yo... it's a bit overwhelming for a toddler, but great for my older kids. Parking is terrible though.... we drove around the parking lot for a while before finally getting a space.
We loved everything about Dave & Buster's games and food. We'll visit again!!!
