The bowling area waiting time was too long to wait to play. I didn't receive my free tickets after log on on FB like informed I would. I use to go frequently @ Richmond location. This location is a first for me. Our B.A.L L.E.R. ministry did an outing there last nite...Friday. The food was good..got the glazed ribs & bacon wrapped shrimp ....NEW on menu!! I dont know if return to this location but I will return. Love it if I could get my FREE 10 tickets promised for my login online throoo. THAT WOULD BE NICE!!
ITS ONE NICE PLACE GOOD SERVICE AND CLEAN FOOD DELICIOUS FOOD
The worst service ever!! Not only did we wait forever, they got all 3 orders wrong. We didn't have silverware or napkins. They didn't even bring plates for the appetizers.
The only reason I gave D&B a 3 star rating is because of the wait. I understand that Saturday nights are th busyest night of the week, but the fact that there were several empty tables and I had to wait for 12 other parties to be seated before my family of four got seated. I counted several 4 seated tables that were available while other families had parties of 20. Out wait was over an hour long. Although we did wait over an hour it was worth it. It was okay I loved the drinks and the guy a making the drinks was helpful. He made my drink order very quickly too.
