We went in the evening on a thursday night. Played games for a while at first. Has a bad odor in gaming area in some spots. We seated ourselves to bar area to eat. Had a good waitress and food was good hot and fresh. Drinks were good. Took advantage of happy hour and ate after 9pm. For a Dave & Busters it was overall good gaming and dining experience. i would go back again.

The waitress messed up on our orders three times. We calculated our tap and we got overcharged (rounding) $15.00 and the experience was very bad and the rechargeable power was broken and the line was too long so we left.

Went tonight, very warm in the building, service was ok. Mountain of Nachos was only 2 nachos high. I am confused by the reasoning to put the card station at the entrance of the building. To reload your card you have to go wait in line. Line was out the door. Was willing to spend another $40 in games, but decided to leave. There is no notification that the power stations in the game area are closed and the only option is to go up front. Wow, this is the second time I've been here and it's even worse than before. The service was horrible, we sat 20 minutes without drinks and over 40 minutes for our food. When we did get our food the server brought the wrong food for one of our sons, 30 minutes later it finally arrived, the rest of the family was done eating. Our waitress brought our salad without the dressing and we waited 5 minutes to get that and condiments for our burgers. Our kids were disappointed we didn't even stay to play games we were so upset. Sitting for 40 mins asked 5 different waiters and they say it's not my section while 10 waiters sit and watch the fight worse service ever

Used to be one of my favorite places till today. We came to celebrate my daughter's birthday and it took 30 minutes to get our order in, 1 hour for our food (I had to go get manager ) we didn't get attended after that. I had to go place other orders on the bar. Of course when the bill comes that's when am sure they will pay attention. Never again am I coming back, total disappointment in this place. Not to mention the food was so cold and the drinks water down.

The drinks and service was ok, but the food was dry, cold and the buns were hard! Will not be coming back here!

After waiting an hour to be seated for a party of two, with tables and booths open the entire time, the quality of the food received was subpar. Lukewarm food, soggy sweet potato fries and small portions (more bread then meat in a Philly cheese steak), made this visit a less than enjoyable one. I must admit, that our waitress did do an exceptional job at serving us in a timely and friendly manner and that is the only thing that kept us from leaving this establishment.
