Had to wait for a table.. I didn't know what the problem was ..I saw lots of vacant tables..took our server forever to come we ordered drinks waited another 30 to 40 min...the food was ordered took another hour...they made good on all the mistakes and there were a lot..messed up our check to the point it was 3 people at it before a manager came to fix the problem...then I was told the young man was new..so I fault management for all the problems ..maybe he shouldn't have been given such a large section or put two servers whe... read more
Left a card there last night, returned there today to be told it was not there and that they had no record of it even though it shows on my bank statement. The guy at the front desk was incompetent and rude, actually asked me " if it was like a big deal, like did you lose a kid?" Never closed my tab last night, but they have no record of it being returned At the end of the night. This place sucked. I will never ever go back to eat here again. The front service guy was rude, hostess was rude, the wait was extremely long and the bathrooms were dirty (stinky and overflowing trashbins). The only nice thing was the waitress Megan who was nice and sweet.
Dave and busters is the place to be celebrating my cousins bday !!!!!! Time to turn up!!!
Worst D&B I've ever seen. The restaurant area near the arcade smelled like trash, so half the arcades smelled that way.... No way I was eating there nor even play there.
