Drove almost an hour and half because they had a vehicle we were interested in. We arrived 45 minutes before closing and was greeted by George Swartz outside (brrrr...) George was a pleasure to work with. Although we were there so close to closing, not once did we feel rushed. All of our questions were answered and we were provided with all the information we needed to feel comfortable making this purchase. Nothing worse than having a bad car buying experience, but this experience was GREAT!

Good dealership! Easy to work with, okay inventory, no haggling or hidden fees like some other used car dealers in the area. My brother and my brothers ex-girlfriend both bought vehicles here this year and had an okay experience.
I went there 3 years ago with 10g from settlement money I went looking at a Malibu I was treated horrible. Jeff the sales man wouldn't sale to me because he wanted me to finance but I didn't qualify for a finance vehicle being on disability he basically laughed at me and told me that there was no point in me wasting anymore time because it was a waste of his time he could be servicing somebody else that made more income I felt humiliated I got in my car and started crying
I would like to say I am extremely unimpressed with the customer service at Dave Arbogast. I purchased a used 2013 Dart with the understanding that the rear track light worked. It does not, I brought it in to be fixed, and was given the explanation that it was never installed on the vehicle. After this upsetting news, and being told they would see what they could do to "make things right" I was told to just take it to another dealer to get it done. What a load of bull. For anyone looking for a GMC, Buick, van, or a used car I highly recommend Kevin Richardson, he spent over a year helping my parents find the right van, for them, and was always patient, professional, and pleasant to deal with. my mother has Alzheimer's and my father is legally blind and Kevin spent many hours going over and over various things in various vans.
