Have had great luck with one particular salesman but not happy with their service department what so ever, they are rude, too costly and very misleading. Our family has puchased many cars from them in the past and they have just lost a valuable customer.
Love them! Got the perfect car back in February. Great price. And wonderful service. Love that they sell vehicles with two sets of keys. Every time I am there they are so friendly and welcoming. I enjoy their waiting area when getting my car serviced. They don't charge ridiculous prices for servicing like some dealers. I will never shop elsewhere again.
I am rating this a one star because that is the lowest I can give. We purchased our motor home from Arbogast in March of this year. We were told by the sales man that it was completely checked by their service department and that everything was in working condition. Since it was Winter, we put it in storage but later found that the truck air conditioner wasn't working and took it back to Arbogast.
