Wow what a nightmare, I wish I would have read all the reviews and checked out the Better Business Bureau complaints before I ordered from this company. Small order that they sent all the wrong items. Took tons and tons of phone calls to try and get this resolved. My impression was that they could have cared less and it started to appear they were just playing games. Ordered a hobby box and received it a few days after the order. The package showed up on my door step smashed, ripped and compressed. The contents were all damaged, so I reached out to Dave and Adams to get an exchange setup. That is when the nightmare started. They will not do ANYTHING for the customer until the damage claim has been completed. AKA until THEY get their money back from the claim.
