The wait time in the waiting room is unacceptable!!! Especially for a laser treatment that takes maybe 5 minutes. My poor mother in law who is 92 years old has been sitting in this freezing waiting room with many others for 2 hours. Still not even addressed ( except to get her payment, of course). At least update the patients! I won’t be surprised if her eye isn’t dilated anymore when she is finally called back. Experience the day of the event was fine but have now been working several moths to get the claim they process incorrectly corrected and it still is not right. I would not recommend!

I visited this surgical center with my daughters and grandson for his very first surgery. My grandson had the first appointment that morning, and we were greeted with a very rude receptionist. We were both taken aback by her rude manner and her total lack of professionalism. This is the first face you see when you visit the surgical center and you would expect someone more kind, compassionate and professional.
