Bad management! I rented 3000 sq ft warehouse back in 2016 (now $4650 2024) and I was confirmed with Bryan Sandoval, the agent that I won’t have water leak, because I have furniture for my home staging business. But once I signed the lease, few months, it was raining dogs and cats at my warehouse. This Bryan Sandoval didn’t pick up my call.
