Used Luther Starling and his assistant, Janet Herring, for a real estate deal. No problems at all. Janet was exceptionally responsive and I would highly recommend working with her.
If you are looking for satisfaction and quick response then you don't want Mr. Starling as your attorney. They have been working on my mother's probate for overtwo years and still don't know anymore about the closure than we did when he started the case. The property has been sold months ago and they still haven't closed the case. When you call them they will tell you that they are not in and you can leave a message but you never get a call back. The property has been sold TWICE and the money hasn't been paid to the heirs ye... read more
