Had an issue getting a pilot lit on our water heater on 11/13 and after attempting to light it several times on my own decided to contact someone. Called Dauenhauer around lunch on 11/14 and they quickly set me up with a 2pm - 7pm appointment slot. I was told by the scheduler that there would be no charge for the diagnosis and that before anything was charged the tech would let me know the cost.
