The representative we had was extremely unprofessional and unprepared. He kept us waiting for our appointment, and when it finally started, it was like talking to a wall. He seemed disengaged, slow to understand instructions, and living in his own world. I specifically requested shielded (STP) Cat 6a cabling twice, and while he said “okay,” I figured the options in the program on his end were limited and defaulted to cat6 unshielded, after trying to tell him. I had very bad experience with this company. I called twice but no one answered. When I called 3rd time after 2 days I able to talk agent. I told her I am interested in to get quotes. She said today is Friday so I am trying to get someone call you or if not then definitely Monday. It’s Tuesday evening still no one called me yet .
