Our builder used Datasmart for the alarm system, cameras, audio/video, and basic automation. We encountered significant issues with the alarm system and sensors, which took several months and multiple visits to resolve—some issues were due to equipment, while others resulted from damage during construction. Giving them a bad rating because we are out of the 1 year warranty and the alarm goes off days and at NIGHTS for no reason and they want to charge me $135 just to come to my house and figure out what’s the problem +labor. They were hired by our builder but if I was the one who was Choosing a home technology provider I’d find someone with a better customer service.
