These guys were great, they let me test drive the vehicle straight away and weren't pushy to sell the vehicle. I test drove it and walked away to think about it. They were great with following up and communicating. They also offered the highest trade in value for my vehicle compared to many other dealerships I visited. I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle but would be happy to work with them again in the future.
2012 GMC Yukon XL purchased 10/01/2021...About 2wks ago the transmission started acting funny. Had 3 local shops check the transmission and they all confirmed that the transmission needs to be rebuilt. I mentioned to each shop that the fluid was just changed. The dealer was responsive and confirmed to me the Chevy was in perfect condition. After a 2-hr drive to check and buy it, it appeared that the truck was really damaged on 1 side. The seller was "surprised" and let me know someone may have damaged it during the previous night... he offered to reduce the price.
