This place has had my truck for a month an I have gotten nothing but run around was told they ordered wrong parts mechanics on vacation people calling out sick One excuse after another not once have they reached out an gave me any feed back about my vehicle I have had to call or go there myself and still my truck isn’t repaired within the time that they said it would be repaired the only person i give credit to is the woman who answers the phone so not sure if I just have bad luck or this place isn’t as good as people say it... read more
This is the best Auto Body shop in Connecticut. They restored my car to its original shape. The work was perfect. The service was excellent. The price was fair and I could not be happier with the result. I recommend these folks!
Over the Winter I hit a deer and my car needed quite a bit of work done to the front end. I did not have a mechanic at the time and DaSilva's was recommended to be by a friend whos family has been a long time customer of DaSilva's. My car was fixed quickly and efficiently by John and his wonderful staff. I plan to bring our cars back for any repairs in the future. Thank you DeSilva's!!!!

They fixed my car after a deer ran into in on highway. What a mess it was. They fixed everything just like it was before accident. Their customer service is the best I ever seen . I will highly recommend they. Always answer your phone calls and always there to help in any way you need. Can’t say enough good things for this company. I have had both my cars brought to Dasilvas Auto Body, they have always treated me with extreme respect and always have made everything very convenient. I have never had a problem with the work that has been done and always in a reasonable amount of time. I 100% recommend Dasilvas to anyone who needs work done to there vehicles repairs.
