On August 21 at around 7:00 PM, a young Black female employee was yelling, throwing packages around, and refusing to properly assist customers and delivery drivers. Several delivery drivers were waiting for nearly an hour just to receive their packages. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for someone working in customer service. Based on what I witnessed, I do not believe she should be working in this position.
