The staff are barely helping in this store you need more than 45 minutes to pick up an order from there
A store that I do not recommend. It takes a long time to wait, there are few staff members, and the service is not the best. They should have more staff.
Annnddddddd here I am, writing yet another review on Google. So DashMart... What can I say about DashMart... To sum it all up, I had the best experience with the workers here. I messed up on my DoorDash order and they were SUPER helpful with fixing the situation. They also called me initially in regards to a product to make sure it's what I wanted since on the site it may seem like it has a feature it didn't. I've had plenty of issues with DoorDash in the past but I really appreciate one of the managers at this location Ryan for ACTUALLY CARING about customers and being helpful. He's actually taken the time to call me when items have needed to be substituted to ask me what I want instead of just wasting my time with an incomplete order (that I paid a lot of fees for) and also has been very helpful to make sure I've gotten my refunds when necessary. Really appreciate that.
