Alan did an amazing job and got my drain clog removed quickly and professionally. I would definitely call him again.
I had a leaking toilet that was over 25 years old. I called Alpha dog and they sent out Chris Smith. He evaluated the problem and recommended a new toilet. He came back next day and put it in. He was professional, thorough and had a great sense of humor. We had one hiccup with the flange being bad so toilet became loose that night. We called and they sent Todd King right back out next day and he did an excellent job fixing the problem right away without any extra expenses. Make sure you have $79.95 available to give just for a estimate. If I would have been told this ahead of time I wouldn’t have chosen this company. Now that $80 will come off the “if” you go with them. However we did not. Please advise all your customers of the $79.95 charge just for a estimate to come out!! The technician was very nice. But we went with another company who gives free estimates and it was a more things done for the price and what was offered.

Sorry Tara companies with overhead, insurance, workers comp, gas for the dozens of fleet vehicles if not hundreds, and hundreds of employees, can not and do not offer "free" estimates.
Company is all around great! Service is awesome and techs are very knowledgeable! Definitely reccomend!

A/C was out and it was HOT. Lance from Alpha Dog came out, diagnosed the issue and I am up and running! He recommended the service plan which may have caught the problem before it was a problem. Great service. Great company.
