Darrell worked hard at getting out an old thermostat, upper element and lower element. I was worried about the expense of a total replacement of the hot water heater. He worked diligently to replace these items. He was thorough, patient and diligent. I’d recommend him any time.
Darrell was on time, friendly, respectful and courteous. Will call again when water heater finally gives out.
