Went on opening day and it was VERY busy. The DAS BBQ crew took everything in stride and turned out some amazingly tasty meat. I tried: pulled pork sandwich, sausage and ribs. Everything was off the charts Delicious. Das Yum!

Food was decent but the pulled pork was very salty. I think they could use less salt in the future. Also the music was way too loud so I had to yell at my lunch date to be heard. All things that I think can be ironed out in the future.

I know it's your first day but here's what I can say so far. Good, but waaaay too salty and way too loud. I would think the guy taking the orders having to ask 3 times what the person just ordered would be a clue to turn down the music. Everyone then trying to shout over the music just adds to the noise. Hold the salt, we can always add salt but we can't take it away

Ordered the Pancho + Lefty with mac & cheese and got the brisket and pulled pork for the sandwiches. It did not disappoint. Fantastic meat and the potato buns were a good bonus. Mac and cheese was fantastic and worth taking the time to eat it slow and savor the flavor. It may be dangerous that this good of BBQ is so close to home/work.

We tried a bit of everything.......pulled pork, sausage, ribs, brisket, mac-n-cheese, collard greens and burnt end pinto beans. They have 2 totally different styles of BBQ sauce, 1 savory and 1 sweet. Everything was really good and tasty but the brisket was outstanding and melted in my mouth. We will be back and I highly recommend it.
