People generally don’t like to change their trusted service providers; Dentist, Doctor, lawyer… mechanic. The problem is when your trusted provider retires or moves on, it’s always a challenge to find a replacement. Excellent quality work done on my Skoda vRS. I had issues with the blower fan and approached Das Auto Haus for help. Matthew took the time to listen to all my concerns, thoroughly inspected the car, and eventually found that the heater water pump was failing. He explained the problem clearly and honestly. I genuinely felt that I could trust him with my car. Going forward, I will be choosing Das Auto Haus over the Skoda dealership for all my servicing needs.

When moving to Sydney finding a new mechanic that would do both a good job and that I could trust was difficult. I've had the team complete a handful of jobs for me now for my Audi S6 and S3 and have been very pleased with the; - Ease and transparency of communication - Speed and quality at which works have been carried out - Fair pricing If you're looking for an honest, professional, clean, organized and experienced team to service your European car I'd highly recommend these guys!!

If I could give any higher of a score I would! Matthew was a pleasure to deal with, extremely professional and highly personable. For the first time in my life a mechanic actually took the time to explain to me, in detail, all the work he had done on my car and any potential future work. Matt is very clearly, an honest, passionate and highly skilled mechanic that I look forward to continually bringing my car to.
