THIS HAS GOT TO BE A SCAM! I put on my application yesterday, paid my fees, submitted all documents, and because I’m a business owner, they claim I don’t meet the income requirements even though, everything I submitted was what they needed. I’ve never been asked for more information from a landlord than this one, I’ve NEVER had an issue renting before this fake, incompetent company.
The WORST company ever!!! DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER, if you do you will regret it.
Zero stars is not an option or would leave negative. I dont know where to even start. Run as far away from this management group as possible. The mistakes , errors, and response time seems like a dave chapelle skip. At first i thought it was intentional sadly after reading other reviews realized yes the people managing there are this bad and ignorant!!! Avoid at all costs.
Infuriating. There has been zero transparency since Darwin Homes took over the property management of our home. There is no way to contact the property management team directly and I have SEVERAL questions regarding his our new bill is structured. Absolutely aggravating, this is my home and this company treats you like a number just like every other poorly managed property management company. I will be invoking tenants rights until my questions have been answered thuroughly and have reported this company to the BBB.
