Careful. They will try to gouge you and keep your entire security deposit. Don't bother cleaning or buying new drip pans because they will charge you for them even if you do. I want my money back for the new drip pans I BOUGHT. Rent is too high and parking is horrendous. Liked the bay windows and the washer and dryer, but overall not worth going broke every month just to live.
I love it here! The location right on Bear Creek trail is by far my favorite thing about the place! It's the perfect place to take your dog on a walk and it's absolutely gorgeous. The complex is pretty quiet and you rarely hear your neighbors but everyone is always super nice and ready to say good morning! The layout is great and I love the big open windows. As everyone has said the parking can suck sometimes but honestly the complex isn't that big and walking only really sucks if the weathers bad. Hot tub is open year round... read more
I lived here for a total of three years in two different apartments. It is an excellent place to live. The apartments are clean and the grounds are kept well. Maintenance is very quick and the staff is always friendly.
